Who we are
This page and its enquiry form belong to Tom Highley, trading as Highley Coached ("we", "us"). We decide what happens to the details you send us, so we are the data controller. You can contact us at highleycoached@gmail.com.
The page is built and hosted by GroAI Ltd (company number 15465553, ICO registration ZC170165), through The Growth Rooms. They store your answers for us and only act on our instructions.
What you send us
When you fill in the enquiry form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your answers to the questions on the form, such as what you are looking for and your goals.
- Anything else you choose to tell us.
Fitness goals can touch on your health. Only share what you are comfortable with. We use it only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to coach you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To tell you whether coaching is a good fit for you.
- If you become a client, to build your plan and run the coaching.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Who sees it
- Tom Highley, who reads your answers and replies.
- GroAI Ltd, who host the form and the database, and the email, text message and database services they use to store your enquiry and let Tom Highley know about it.
- Anyone the law requires us to tell.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as we coach you, then for up to 6 years after, as is normal for business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or move it to someone else. Email highleycoached@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
